Who is Little Miss Place?
Welcome, I am so happy you are here! My name is Alyssa — the artist and heart behind The Little Miss Place. I’m a New Jersey-based artist and art teacher who has always turned to creativity as a way of understanding and making sense of the world. Teaching has allowed me to share my love of art with my students, but I’ve also wanted to share it beyond the classroom, on a larger scale.
When I’m not teaching and creating, I’m usually exploring the Jersey shore coastline, discovering new places to eat, spending time with my friends and family, or curled up on my couch with a comfort show playing in the background. For me, life has always been about the little things — and, even more importantly, who you share them with. That belief shapes not only the way I live but also the way I create.
